Salty Crew X Tady Lure Jig Set

Salty Crew X Tady Lure Jig Set

These limited edition irons were hand painted in “Detroit Diesel Green” by Joel Shimizu, third generation owner and operator of Tady Lures, grandson of the original Tadaso “Tady” Shimizu.

Story has it, in the 80’s the captains of a handful of Southern California sportboats would take their most bit and beat up irons and repaint them with the only paint that was available on the boat, engine enamel spray cans in “Detroit Diesel Green.” And as luck would have it local Yellowtail found that dull version of the fabled “mint green” irresistible.

 Included:

Sink: Tady 4/0 Yo-Yo Iron in Detroit Diesel Green

Swim: Tady 45 Surface Iron in Detroit Diesel Green
$17.19

Original: $57.30
